The club aims to provide professional martial arts and fitness training for all ability levels and all ages. The club is full of friendly people who all help and encourage each other within the training and enjoy a great social atmosphere into the bargain!

The club offers regular gradings, seminars and competitions, and is registered under the A.M.A and is affiliated to the Bob Breem Martial Arts Academy of Jeet Kune Do in London (which is directly under the Inosanto Academy in Los Angeles).

• Thai Boxing
• Tae Kwon Do
