CLASS INFO: MONDAY

Beginners Class 19:15 - 20:15
This class is open to all levels and is aimed at beginners. The class starts with a 15 min warm-up and stretching to get you ready for the class, don't worry take this at your own pace.
Once the warm-up is over the class is put into pairs, lots of people turn up on their own and by getting in pairs you are not only learning to coach someone else and learning by other people mistakes you also make new friends. In your pairs you take it in turns holding pads for each other following a drill which will be demonstrated by the instructor first, explaining every step needed to perform the drill.
You are then let loose on the pads, with the instructor on hand to help, the instructor will be moving around the room to help you refine your technique and to answer any questions you may have at any time.
This is a good busy class, with a great atmosphere. Everyone is friendly helped by the clubs social backing. The club holds regular social events to help the students get to know each other and help keep the friendly atmosphere we are proud off at South Coast Kickboxing the advance students also come to this class to get in some extra training, and are always happy to help if you.


Sparring Class 20:15 - 21:00
This class is open to anyone who has learned the basics and wishes to see how to put them in to practise, the class starts with a short warmup and strech then its strait into sparring, please beaware if you come to this class you well be hitting other people and other people will be hitting you. All sparring should be of light contact and to the level of the least experienced student. You will at time go with people who are better than you are and other people who are not as good as you, Sparring is a learning experience and in no way compitetion. Anyone seen going in too hard or taking advantage of an less experienced student will be removed from the class.
